FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry; it can be used for preparing puree of food products. Device (100) for preparing puree of food products contains chamber (102) for loading food ingredients and device (104) for supplying steam and steaming food ingredients. Device (106) for supplying liquid supplies liquid to the chamber. Mixing device (108) purees steamed food ingredients in the presence of liquid to obtain puree of food products. User interface (110) allows for a user to select the texture of puree of food products. A controller determines a steam parameter and amount of liquid to be supplied by the device for supplying liquid according to the user’s choice. The controller also controls the device for supplying steam and the device for supplying liquid in accordance with the determined steam parameter and amount of liquid. In addition, a method for preparing puree of food products by device (100) is provided.
EFFECT: use of the group of inventions will allow for increasing the quality of the final product.
