SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the taste of coffee control device, method of the taste of coffee controlling and a coffee maker containing said device. Device comprises a control unit (102a) configured to determine the water target pH value corresponding to the desired coffee taste and the corresponding controlling signal of the control; and the pH adjustment unit (102b) configured in response to a controlling control signal supplied to the pH adjustment unit (102b), the water pH value to be supplied to the coffee maker boiling unit until the target pH value. In accordance with the embodiments of the present invention, the water pH value to be delivered to the coffee maker boiling unit can be adjusted for the desired taste of the coffee.

EFFECT: water properties effect on the taste of coffee can be significantly reduced and thus enabling the coffee making with the same desired taste even when using water with different properties.
