SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of processing organic waste of farm animals and poultry. The complex comprises a manure collector, a settling tank for separating liquid manure into condensed and clarified fractions. A line for decontaminating the condensed manure fraction and the line for decontaminating the clarified fraction are connected to the settling tank. Each line includes a dispersant for crushing impurities contained in the manure and homogenising the manure, a recuperative water-to-water heat exchanger, an additional water heater, a cavitator for disinfecting the manure, and a heat treatment tank, interconnected in series by pipelines. The complex is equipped with a storage tank for prepared liquid organomineral fertilisers and a tank for disinfecting the clarified liquid fraction of manure during the sustaining period.

EFFECT: increase in the quality of disinfection of hazardous waste of farm animals and poultry while producing organomineral fertilisers and water suitable for use for agricultural facilities therefrom.
