FIELD: environment protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the protection of the environment and can be used for processing waste from industrial enterprises for the production of bleached pulp. The method for reclamation of lignin sludge and ashes of local thermal power plants is carried out directly on ash dumps for the purpose of further use of the territory for building and for forestry tasks. According to the method, after removal of the overzol water and mixing the ash with the fixing solution, free intraash water is removed from the ash dumps by drains, then the drained ash dumps are covered with a layer of crushed bark and wood waste (BWW) and the ash, BWW and liquid sludge-lignin are mixed in the milling-injection method in the ratio ash- BWW-lignin (1:1:0.2)–(1:0.5:0.3) with the formation of an ash-sludge lignin substrate; the sludge lignin substrate is reinforced with crushed stone pillars or covered with a layer of soil.
EFFECT: invention allows to eliminate the negative impact of the enterprise waste on the environment, and also provides a reduction in the cost of neutralizing the ash of a thermal power plant, lignin sludge and bark-wood waste from pulp production, expanding the possibility and quality of the further use of the territory for planting and building due to the enrichment and reclamation of ash by mixing with BWW and sludge-lignin directly in ash dumps.
