SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The method for recultivation of the ash dumps of the thermal power plant includes the removal of coal water and mixing of ash with a fixing solution, and after the removal of coal water, trenches are dug in the ash dumps and horizontal drainage collectors are laid with a slope towards the collection wells, free intra-underground water is removed by drains, then liquid sludge (lignin) is fed to the drained ash dumps from the sludge settling tanks, which is mixed with ash by wet deep mixing in the ash/lignin ratio (1:5)-(5:1) with the formation of a ash-sludge-lignin substrate, at the same time, the formed water is diverted by drainage collectors to treatment facilities, and the gases released during mixing are collected for processing; then the dehydrated ash-sludge-lignin substrate is reinforced with sand or crushed stone pillars, or prepared with soil, and the surface is protected with drainage material.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to eliminate the negative impact of the waste of the enterprise, as well as to reduce further pollution of the ecologically vulnerable territory and air.
