FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, as well as to construction and can be used in crushing large pieces of rocks, foundations and reinforced concrete products. The device for crushing oversized materials includes a basic machine, a handle pivotally connected to it with a working body rigidly fixed at the end and a lifting and dropping mechanism. It is equipped with an accelerating pneumatic cylinder, an air compressor, a receiver, a pneumatic valve, a hydraulic motor, a gearbox and an electromagnetic clutch with a limit switch. The lifting and dropping mechanism is rotary in the form of an adjustable hydraulic motor connected via an electromagnetic coupling to a gearbox, on the output shaft of which a drum is fixed, connected by a flexible connection with the handle, and an accelerating pneumatic cylinder is pivotally mounted between the frame and the handle, communicated by a pneumatic line with a receiver connected to a compressor and a safety pneumatic valve.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity of the device for crushing oversized materials, by increasing the kinetic energy of the impact of the working body, ensuring a reduction in the working cycle time.
