SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used to develop skills in the lateralization of the inferior alveolar nerve. The simulator for teaching a surgical operation on the lateralization of the inferior alveolar nerve contains a human head phantom with interchangeable jaws. The model of the lower jaw has a channel in which an elastic wire is laid, which imitates the neurovascular bundle. The model of the lower jaw is a skeletonized lower jaw made on a thermoplastic 3D printer with areas of partial absence of teeth in the distal sections and vertical atrophy of the alveolar ridge in the edentulous areas. The height of the alveolar ridge is 7 mm to the upper wall of the mandibular canal. In the mandibular canal there is an imitation of the neurovascular bundle of three colored rubber bands of red, blue and yellow with a diameter of 0.8 mm. The tourniquets reproduce the artery, vein and inferior alveolar nerve. After retraction in the lateral direction through a hole cut in the outer wall of the body of the lower jaw, the lower lunar nerve is left on its surface sprinkled with “bone” thermoplastic chips.

EFFECT: invention allows the installation of dental implants in the projection of teeth 4.5, 4.6, 4.7 to the entire height of the body of the lower jaw.
