FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry. After the mucoperiosteal flap is detached, a two-stage decortication of the recipient area is performed. At the first stage, a bone scraper is used to decorticate a surface cortical layer with simultaneous sampling of autochips. At the second stage on the recipient bed with the help of a tip of the piezoelectric apparatus, the lines perforating the cortical layer to the spongy substance are applied, which form a piezosurgical mesh. Xenogenic cortical lamina is fixed on the recipient bed. Osteoplastic mixture is prepared by mixing autochips from the recipient bed with xenogenic superficially demineralised bone granules. Space between the xenogenic cortical lamina and the recipient bone tissue is filled with an osteoplastic mixture.

EFFECT: method enables to optimize the process of reparative osteogenesis when performing operations of directed bone regeneration on the alveolar process and the alveolar part of the jaws, provide full regeneration of bone tissue by intramembrane type of ossification, fill lost volume of bone tissue, increase volume of atrophied alveolar crest of jaw.
