FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to a method for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, including the injection to a patient who needs it of a pharmaceutical composition containing a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a combination of pramipexole and rasagiline with fixed dosages. In this case, the specified combination with fixed dosages contains from 0.2 mg to 0.7 mg of pramipexole and from 0.6 mg to 0.8 mg of rasagiline, while the pramipexole dosage is less than the rasagiline dosage.
EFFECT: present invention provides for the reduction in the number of side effects, while maintaining high efficiency of the pharmaceutical composition by reducing the pramipexole dosage and preserving the high rasagiline dosage.
