FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a method for the creation of a line of mouse embryonic stem (hereinafter – ES) XY cells, capable of production of a fertile XY mouse female in the generation F0. The method includes modification of a mouse ES XY cell to obtain a genetic modification including deletion, which inactivates endogenic Sry gene, wherein the mouse ES XY cell contains Y chromosome of 129S6 line, and cultivation of a modified mouse ES XY cell under conditions that allow for the production of a line of mouse ES XY cells, capable of production of a fertile XY female of a mammal not related to human in the generation F0. A method for the creation of a fertile XY mouse female in the generation F0 is presented, providing administration of a mouse embryonic stem (ES) XY cell obtained by the above-mentioned method to a mouse host embryo.

EFFECT: invention is effective for the creation of a line of mouse embryonic stem (ES) XY cells, capable of production of a fertile XY mouse female in the generation F0.
