FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a jet nozzle for acidizing a horizontal wellbore. Jet nozzle for acid treatment of a horizontal wellbore contains a body with a central nozzle located on its front end, and side nozzles made in the form of replaceable nozzle heads, and an external thread made on the opposite side of the central nozzle. An annular recess is made on the outer cylindrical surface of the body between the external thread and the central nozzle. Radial channels are placed in the annular sample in the body. A sleeve is installed on the outer cylindrical selection of the housing with the possibility of rotation and limited radial displacement. The bushing is equipped with an internal cylindrical recess, hydraulically communicating inside with the radial channels of the body, and outside with outlet holes made on the bushing. The inner conical surface of the central nozzle has a larger base on the outside, while the side nozzles have an inner conical surface that has a larger base on the inside. The diameter of the central nozzle is 2.5-3 times larger than the diameter of the side nozzles. The axes of the outlets of the side nozzles are inclined to the axis of the body at an angle α=70°, the number of side nozzles is from 4 to 6. The axes of the outlets of the side nozzles are made in the sleeve with an offset by an angle of β=40-50° relative to the secant plane of the sleeve.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of moving a flexible pipe with a jet nozzle along a horizontal wellbore, in a uniform effect of a liquid jet from nozzle nozzles on the wellbore, in improving the quality of treatment of the bottomhole zone of the well, in increasing the reliability of equipment operation in a horizontal wellbore.
