FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular, to devices for interval-and-interval perforation of wells by hydroabrasive jet of directed action. Hydraulic sand jet perforator comprises housing with holes accommodating jet nozzles, movable bushing and locking element arranged in housing. In the body there are two rows of holes at distance of 0.05–0.1 m from each other, wherein in each row there are two holes located in the horizontal plane at angle of 180° relative to each other, and in rows holes are located in mutually perpendicular planes. From below housing is equipped with connection thread for packer equipment. From the outside, centralizers with overflow channels are rigidly installed in the upper and lower parts of the housing. A locking ring is screwed into the body from below. Movable bush arranged in housing is equipped from below by external cylindrical recess, and inside – by seat for locking element. In initial position, both rows of body holes are tightly covered from inside with movable bushing fixed relative to body by shear element, which is screwed into housing and arranged in external cylindrical sample of movable bushing. In the working position, the movable bushing has the possibility of axial limited movement relative to the body until it stops in the stop ring with opening of two rows of holes and fixation of the movable bushing relative to the body by means of a split spring ring.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased reliability and efficiency in operation, expanded functionality, reduced duration of work.
