SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and can be used in the production of food concentrates, semi-finished flour products for the subsequent preparation of dishes in the form of fritters. A mixture for baking fritters is proposed, which contains carrot tops, onions, table salt, baking soda, barley flour and water, with the following ratio of initial prescription components, wt.%: carrot tops 20-40; onions 17-20; edible salt 0.3-0.8; baking soda 2-4; barley flour 20-30; water 15-30.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the nutritional and biological value of the product, when combined in a mixture of carrot tops, onions and barley flour, with a large amount of vitamins and beta-glucan.
