A mixture for baking fritters is proposed, which contains carrot tops, onions, table salt, baking soda, oatmeal and water in the following ratio of the original prescription components, wt.%: carrot tops 20-40; onions 17-20; edible salt 0.3-0.8; baking soda 2-4; oatmeal 20-30; water 15-30.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing the nutritional and biological value of the product when combined in a mixture of carrot tops, onions and oatmeal, which contain vitamins and are a source of fiber and complex carbohydrates.
