SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reusable diapers. The effect is achieved due to the fact that the reusable diaper, containing the outer moisture-repellent and moisture-retaining layers, in the belt area from the back and abdomen to the left and right on the outer layer, wing-shaped protrusions symmetrical relative to the central axis of the diaper are formed, on which the fasteners are mounted, characterized in that it contains a moisture-permeable inner layer placed towards the human body, and a moisture-retaining layer is placed between the moisture-permeable inner and moisture-repellent outer layers, the outer layer is made symmetrical with respect to the vertical axis of symmetry and has semicircular cutouts on the right and left in the region of the human legs for placing human legs in them, elastic tapes are mounted to the outer layer along the edges of the wing-shaped protrusions and semicircular cutouts, while the mentioned tapes are mounted to the mentioned layer in preload, the inner layer is made similar in shape and size to the outer layer, to the edge of the pterygoid protrusion of the inner layer from the back, symmetrically with respect to the axis of symmetry of the said layer, a moisture-retaining layer is mounted in the form of a rectangular insert, with a width not exceeding the width of the inner layer in its narrowest part, and a length not exceeding the length of the diaper from the opposite edges of the pterygoid protrusions, on the reverse side to the liner and the inner layer, an additional moisture-retaining layer is mounted, with a width equal to the width of the liner, and a length not exceeding the total length of the liner and the inner layer, made equal in width to the inner layer, the outer and inner layers are superimposed on each other with their edges aligned and stitched along the edges of the diaper, except for the edge of the wing-shaped protrusion from the back, where an insert is mounted to the inner layer, thus forming a pocket between the outer and inner layers, at the same time, during the installation of the mentioned layers at the locations of the elastic tapes, the layers are stitched together with simultaneous tension of the elastic tapes, along the edge of the pterygoid protrusion on the side of the pocket placement, a valve is mounted that closes the said pocket, the free end of the said pocket is filled with an insert folded along the line of its sewing to the inner layer, the outer edges along the perimeter of the diaper are made processed to prevent shedding at the edges of the fabric layers.

EFFECT: improving performance, increasing the reliability of removing and retaining moisture, as well as increasing the useful one-time time and number of ways to use the diaper.
