SUBSTANCE: objective consists in suppressing folding in the part extending from the non-connecting part to the base part of the connecting band. The problem is solved by means of a disposable diaper fastened with bands, wherein the lower edge 84L of the non-connecting part 84 of the connecting band 80 has a form wherein the angle θ of the tangent decreases in the absence of a critical point and the bending point from the distal end 84f distanced from the base part 81 of the connecting band 80 in the direction of the proximal end 84n close to the base part 81, the angle θ of the tangent at the distal end 84f of the lower edge 84L of the non-connecting part 84 equals 80 to 85°, the angle θ of the tangent at the proximal end 84n of the lower edge 84L of the non-connecting part 84 equals 0°, and when the shorter distance from the distance in the width direction WD between the proximal end 84n of the lower edge 84L of the non-connecting part 84 and the distal end 84f of the lower edge 84L of the non-connecting part 80 and the distance in the forward and backward direction LD between the proximal end 84n of the lower edge 84L of the non-connecting part of 80 and the distal end 84f of the lower edge 84L of the non-connecting part 84 is taken as r, the entire lower edge 84L of the non-connecting part 84 includes only the part with a radius of curvature, equal to 0.8r or more.

EFFECT: suppressed folding of the diaper in the part extending from the non-connecting part to the base part of the connecting band.
