FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and pedagogy, namely to correctional pedagogy (speech therapy) and can be used to assess the phonetic formation of speech in persons with congenital cleft lip and palate, regardless of age in the preoperative and postoperative period. When implementing the method, the specialist assesses the phonetic formation of speech for the intelligibility of the sounding speech for easy understanding by the interlocutor in the preoperative and postoperative period. The claimed method makes it possible to observe the speech of a child or an adult, regardless of age, conduct an audiological analysis, compare the results of the analysis with a given scale and interpret them, while including an assessment of the phonetic side of speech in 3 modules: 1) vocalization, 2) disorders of sound reproduction caused by resonator imbalance (palatopharyngeal insufficiency), 3) disorders of sound reproduction caused by other reasons.
EFFECT: reduction in the time for assessing the phonetic formation of speech, which is achieved due to the fact that the assessment of the phonetic formation of speech is carried out in accordance with the age and functionality of the test subject, while the test subject is provided with the minimum set of templates necessary for assessment, after which, in manual or automatic mode, the templates and the results of audio-visual control of the test subject are compared, while the assessment is of a qualitative nature, which in its entirety reduces the time to assess the phonetic formation of speech.
