FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to devices for gas cleaning from impurities. Gas cleaning device includes a cylindrical vertically oriented housing consisting of at least two parts located one above the other, in the upper part of which there are liquid and gas supply pipes. In the lower part of the liquid and gas discharge branch pipes, at that, in the housing there is at least one mixing unit and a separation unit arranged under it. In the wall of the housing there are three hatches for servicing the mixing unit, which are equally spaced relative to each other so that the angle of the sector limited by radii leading to two adjacent hatches is 120°. Seals can be installed along the perimeter of the hatch. Hatch cover can be fixed to the housing wall by means of locks. Part of the housing is a cylindrical housing with flanges made with possibility of connecting the housing parts to each other. Mixing unit can include a shell with slots in walls, upper and lower discs. Lower disc can be rigidly fixed between the flanges of the housing parts. Separation unit may contain a lower base in the form of a truncated cone and contain a shield. Separation unit may include blades.
EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of labour costs and amount of time required for maintenance and repair of the gas cleaning device.
