FIELD: gas purification.
SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to devices for purifying gas from impurities through contact of gas and liquid media. The gas purification device includes a housing, in the upper part of which there is a pipe for supplying liquid and a pipe for supplying gas. The housing contains at least one mixing unit, including a shell with slots in the walls. The upper part of the shell is closed by an upper disk, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the shell, and the lower part of the shell is fixed on the lower disk, which contains a central hole, the diameter of which is smaller than the diameter of the shell. In this case, it contains a container for liquid installed under the lower part of the housing, having an opening in the upper part located under the central hole of the lower disk, including a pipe for draining liquid and a pipe for removing gas. In this case, the cross-sectional area of the container is larger than the area of the central hole of the lower disk. A baffle to separate liquid particles from the gas flow is fixed in the container under the hole in its upper part. The edges of the baffle are located outside the contour formed by orthogonal projections of the edge delimiting the openings of the container, lowered towards the plane of the cutter.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the gas purification device.
