FIELD: gas cleaning equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas cleaning equipment for use in the chemical, petrochemical, energy industry, in the field of thermal neutralization of solid, liquid and pasty industrial and household waste, as well as the purification of gas emissions from MSW landfills. The device for cleaning contaminated gas contains a cylindrical body with a contaminated gas inlet located on it, with a conical cover with a purified gas outlet located on it and with a conical bottom with a sludge outlet located in it. In the lower part of the cylindrical body, above the conical bottom, there is a contaminated gas inlet pipe with a confuser directed at an angle to the vertical axis towards the conical bottom. On the walls of the body, blind plates are alternately fixed on opposite sides. Each of the trays has the shape of a segment of a circle and is installed with a slope towards the free edge of the tray. The irrigation means is made in the form of nozzles installed at the levels of the corresponding plates opposite them, except for the first nozzle from the bottom, fixed above the level of the lower plate. A droplet separator is installed in the upper part of the body. In the design of the device for cleaning chemically contaminated gases, a contact chemical cleaning unit and a condensation chamber are located between the trays and the droplet separator. Above the contact chemical cleaning unit, a conical container is installed, which has a circular gap at the bottom for spraying the gas with a reagent solution. The conical container is tangentially connected to the reagent solution inlet pipe. The unit for contact chemical cleaning of gases is a centrifugal swirler with arcuate plates located along the circumference at an angle relative to each other. Under the contact chemical cleaning unit there is a container connected to the spent reagent outlet branch pipe. The inner cavity of the contact chemical cleaning unit is connected by means of a branch pipe located coaxially inside the conical container with a condensation chamber open from the side facing the droplet separator. For the convenience of removing and replacing deaf plates, they are sectional collapsible. Below the outlet of the confuser, a water seal is installed on the body to drain the irrigation liquid.
EFFECT: invention allows improving the cleaning performance and reducing the resistance of the apparatus by eliminating the leakage of contaminated gases and reducing the formation of build-ups on the trays.
