FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to treat patients with deep paraprosthetic infection of the shoulder joint. A virtual model of the affected bone is built. Resection of the affected bone is planned below at least 0.5 cm from the distal edge of the osteomyelitic focus. A healthy bone model is built. It is mirrored vertically and superimposed on the model of the affected bone, combining the anatomical landmarks on the model of the affected bone below the planned resection level and the superimposed model. The distal part of the healthy bone model is cut off at the resection level, obtaining the extramedullary part of the spacer model. Two mutually perpendicular planes are constructed so that their intersection coincides with the vertical axis of the humerus canal, points are fixed on the wall of the bone canal at the level of the bone resection plane intercept and at the end of the endoprosthesis stem end with constructed mutually perpendicular planes. A truncated pyramid is modeled with vertices at the obtained points, obtaining the intramedullary part of the spacer model.
EFFECT: method provides increased effectiveness of stopping the infectious-inflammatory process of the shoulder joint due to the stability of the individual spacer, maintaining the anatomical topography of the para-articular structures.
