FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sparger for a high-pressure vessel or autoclave, namely to a sparger equipped with a gas gate device. The sparger for use in the pulp of mineral-bearing particles contained in the high-pressure vessel, made with the possibility of operation at elevated temperature and high pressure, and with high-power agitators to create the specified pulp inside the high-pressure vessel, and with the possibility of injection of reagent media into the pulp, contains: a pipe, an open end of which can be located in the pulp and next to the corresponding agitator, wherein the pipe is made with the possibility of injection of reagent media into the pulp to reduce the reaction time and to control technological parameters for extraction of valuable minerals from the specified particles; a gas gate device located at the open end of the pipe and containing an outlet located downstream, the cross-sectional area of which is larger than the cross-sectional area of the open end of the pipe to reduce the flow of reagent media in the gas gate device to reduce wear and prevent ignition, and is significantly smaller than the area covered by the corresponding agitator to prevent the reverse flow of the pulp in the open end of the pipe under conditions of low or zero flow of the medium through the specified pipe and due to mixing of the pulp, caused by the operation of agitators; at the same time, the cross-sectional area of the medium flow passing through the pipe and the gas gate device increases in the direction of the flow of reagent media.
EFFECT: equipment of the sparger with a gas gate device to prevent the reverse flow of the pulp and solid materials into the sparger when used in a high-pressure vessel under conditions of low or zero flow of the medium through the sparger.
