FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises the following components: chips bin with top chip inlet, inner chamber directed, in fact, vertically, and bottom unloading opening. It comprises also alkaline solution inlet in chips bin wherein the latter contains sufficient amount of alkaline solution and chips inside inner chamber to develop hydraulic pressure to chips at bottom unloading opening. System includes, in fact, horizontal chips conveyor or chips pipe communicated with bottom unloading opening to receive chips and alkaline solution from the bin at hydraulic pressure. Said conveyor or pipe are equipped with alkaline solution injectors to inject said solution into chips and conveyor or pipe. High-pressure reloading device communicated with conveyor or pipe discharge side to receive chips and alkaline solution. This makes hydraulic pressure at chips bin sufficient to chips and alkaline solution feed into high-pressure transfer device.
