SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plastic, maxillofacial and ENT surgery. Performing subperichondrial and subperiosteal detachment of soft tissues from lower upper lateral cartilages to root of nose. Dorsum and cartilages of an end portion of the nose are remodeled. From plates of pre-collected septal cartilage and from resected sections of lower lateral cartilages using a Cottle endotome hammer blows are used to form various cartilage grafts for nose contour plasty: whole, crushed, finely ground in required volume. Then formed cartilage grafts are introduced through precartilaginous incisions in the area of the lateral crus with the help of cranked forceps and a nasal retractor and placed in the area of the root, back and lateral slopes of the nose. Further, the incision lines are closed. Intranasal splints are inserted into the nasal cavity and fixed with one interrupted suture. Strip bandage is applied on the nose. External thermoplastic nasal splint is fixed, which is removed on an outpatient basis.

EFFECT: method enables creating the required fullness, optimal contour and aesthetic lines in the area of the root, back and lateral slopes of the nose in the patients with congenital and acquired deformities of the osteochondral portion of the nose.
