FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, maxillofacial surgery, plastic surgery. Demineralized bone material is intraoperatively cut into strips, moistened in saline. Then the strips are placed at the junction of the bone and cartilaginous parts. In this case, the upper ends of the strips are brought under the nasal bones, and the lower ends are placed on the upper edge of the quadrangular cartilage, forming the relief and contours of the restored nasal dorsum.
EFFECT: reduced labor intensity of surgical intervention on the structures of the external and internal nose, to ensure a stable long-term aesthetic result in relation to the prevention of saddle deformity and irregularities of the "key zone", to provide conditions for the successful integration of the bioimplant to the surrounding tissues.
