FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to plastic surgery. Bilateral lateral osteotomy is performed. Nasal septum is resected in an inferior posterior portion using a Killian approach. Nasal dorsum is pierced by the Push Down technique. Bone fragments formed after the lateral osteotomy are implanted into the space between the fixed part of the frontal process of the upper jaw and the immersed mobilized part of the osteochondral pyramid of the nose from both sides. Bone fragments fixed to the mucosa are moved to a horizontal position relative to the nasal bones so that there is no diastasis between the nasal bones and the piriform opening.
EFFECT: method enables preventing the displacement of bone fragments with subsequent displacement of the bone pyramid of the nose when performing the closed preserving rhinoplasty, providing the stable result of the operation.
