SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to a template for removal and transfer of fibula bone tissue and an assembly kit containing a template for removal and transfer of fibula bone tissue. The template has a plate and curved main part designed to be applied to a bone section. At least one guiding part of a bone removal instrument is attached or removably attached to the main part. A receiving pocket is formed in the main part, designed to receive an implant formed in the main part. The main part has a support crosspiece, the height of which directly defines the height of the receiving pocket. The assembly kit contains the specified template for removal and transfer of fibula bone tissue and an implant that has such dimensions so that it is possible to insert it to the support surface formed by the receiving pocket.
EFFECT: creation of a template for removal and transfer of fibula bone tissue that simplifies treatment for bone resection is achieved.
