METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF DENTAL PROSTHESIS IN FULL OR PARTIAL TOOTHLESSNESS Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61C8/00

SUBSTANCE: initially positioning screws with placing units are screwed in to the lingual - oral area or into palatal area and/or crestal bone. Then cast is made, including positioning screws (8), representing actual condition of the jaws of the patient. Then corresponding positioning screws are (8) placed into the cast, and finally other dental works are performed on the cast, including manufacturing of the drilling pattern of the implants to be inserted and/or transmission pattern, as well as dental procedures in the mouth of the patient including employment of drilling pattern for implants insertion, and/or blocking of rods of the cast of the implant with transmission pattern, correspondingly fixing on the positioning screws (8) in the cast or jaw. The screw to be used as a positioning screw (8) under the present method is characterized by presence of threaded front part, operating areas for implants insertion, for screwing in, and bearing area (3) for positioning patterns and parts. Between the threaded front part (1) and operating areas there is a rod part (4) without thread; working areas (2) are of hexagon form. Bearing surface (3) is formed by ball head (5) of a smaller diameter than hexagon.

EFFECT: more accurate fitting and manufacturing of dental prosthesis, and providing quick service to patient.
