FIELD: measuring technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure the mass of carbon nano- and microstructures (CS) in various media. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that a radioactive marker is introduced into the measured CS at the stage of preparation of the experiment, characterized in that the radioactive label in the form of atoms of the gamma-emitting isotope 7Be is obtained by irradiation on a cyclotron of the studied CS containing the isotope 12C with accelerated alpha particles with an energy of more than 32.9 MeV or accelerated deutons with an energy of more than 20.5 MeV or accelerated protons with an energy of more than 24.5 MeV, labeled CS are introduced into the objects under study, which are organisms of experimental animals or CS reinforced plastics, from which samples with an unknown mass content of CS are taken, the activity of the obtained samples is measured on a gamma spectrometer, the desired mass of CS in the sample is calculated by comparing the measured activity of the samples with the activity of a standard sample containing a known mass of CS.

EFFECT: providing an opportunity to measure with increased accuracy and reliability the mass content of CS in liquid, solid, gaseous and organic media without destroying the structure of samples.
