FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to method of 68Ga production from 68Ge/68Ga generator and to method of Ga radioactively labeled complex production using 68Ga. Besides invention refers to the device which can be used for 68Ga and Ga radioactively labeled complex production. Declared method includes interaction of 68Ge/68Ga generator eluate and polystyrene-divinylbenzene based anion-exchange resin including HCO3 as compensating ions and quaternary amine functional groups, as well as 68Ga elution from specified anion-exchange resin. Application of declared method and device allows for lowered water volume required for effective gallium elution that provides higher concentration of total gallium solution to be labelled, and thus improved specific activity of the means produced with these solutions as there is no need for concentration in which gallium activity is substantially lost.
EFFECT: higher concentration of total gallium solution to be labelled and thus improved specific activity of means.
