FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical gynaecology. Laparoscopic approach is used. Before excising the involved tube angle with the surrounding uterine tube at 1 cm from a ball-shaped protrusion containing a gestational sac, a purse-string suture is applied on the myometrium. Purse-string suture is tightened and fastened simultaneously with the excision of the involved tubal angle. Purse-string suture is preserved after the operation. Uterine wound is closed by applying a two-row suture. As a first line of sutures, separate interrupted musculomuscular sutures are applied on myometrium with pricking in and out inside the wound with covering its bottom and no more than half the depth of the wound edge from each side. When applying the second row of the separate interrupted sutures, the wound edges are underrun at the remaining depth starting from one of the wound angles. For this purpose, each suture involves a first prick-in from the inside of the wound with covering the myometrium and serous membrane, and the first prick-out is made from the side of the serous membrane at 5 mm from the wound edge of the same side. Then the second prick-in is made on the opposite side of the wound from the side of the serous membrane at 5 mm from the wound edge with covering the serous membrane and myometrium, and the second prick-out is made inside the wound. Wherein first turn of said horizontal spiral seam is produced. When forming the second turn of the horizontal spiral suture, the suture is delivered similarly to the first turn, each time the needles are stuck in and out at 5 mm towards the other wound angle. Suture ends are tied from inside the wound to form a knot.
EFFECT: method enables minimizing the intraoperative blood loss, reducing the length of the operation, preventing the adhesion process within the postoperative wound of the uterine angle.
