FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery and can be used in grain cleaning machines. The pneumatic separation system contains a receiving hopper 3, an air channel 2 for cleaning grain from light impurities to sieves 39, a sedimentary chamber 31 with a fan installed on it 10, an air channel 36 for cleaning grain from light impurities and separating lightweight grain after sieves 39 with a sedimentary chamber 23 and a fan installed on it 16. Each fan 10 and 16 with its sedimentary chamber 31 and 23, respectively, is connected by means of a rectangular pipe 12, 14 and an inlet box 8, 18, equalizing the air velocity in the air channel 2, 36 for grain cleaning. The air channel 2 for grain cleaning to the sieves 39 is connected to the sedimentary chamber 31 by means of a branch 6 having an angle of rotation of the air flow of more than 90°. The outer side of the outlet 6 is located above the lid 7 of the sedimentary chamber 31, and a movable partition 26 is installed in the sedimentary chamber 23 of the air channel 36 for cleaning grain after the sieves 39.
EFFECT: pneumatic separation system provides an increase in the technological efficiency of grain cleaning.
