SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The tillage roller is made in the form of a hollow cylinder (1) equipped with an axis (2) and mounted on a frame (3) with the possibility of rotation. A smooth cylinder (4) is installed inside the hollow cylinder (1). The length of the smooth cylinder (4) is equal to the distance between the inner surfaces of the bases of the hollow cylinder (1). The surface of the smooth cylinder (4) is covered with a material whose coefficient of friction exceeds the coefficient of friction of the material of which the hollow cylinder (1) is made. Inside the smooth cylinder (4) the unbalances are set (6). The bases of the smooth cylinder (4) are made of a hemispherical shape.

EFFECT: quality of soil rolling and crumbling of soil lumps is improved.
