SHOULDER SUSPENSION MECHANISM Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A01C7/00

Abstract RU 2772128 C1

FIELD: agricultural production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production, in particular to suspension mechanisms for soil-cultivating and furrow-forming working bodies of seeders and tillage-sowing units. The coulter suspension mechanism is made on the basis of a parallelogram mechanism containing two parallel links made in the form of trailers of torsion springs. The axes of symmetry of the turns of the torsion springs are placed in places corresponding to the location of the part of the hinges of the parallelogram suspension mechanism. The second part of the hinges of these links is fixed on trailers of torsion springs, interconnected by a link on which the opener is placed. The initial compression of the torsion springs of the parallelogram opener suspension mechanism is set by the position of the restrictive bar, which can move in a transverse vertical plane relative to the row of openers. In this case, part of the torsion springs of the suspension mechanism is fixed on the beam of the machine frame, and the second part of the torsion springs is rigidly mounted on the axle. The axle is mounted in supports on the frame with the possibility of rotation and fixation of the selected position of the torsion springs by means of a mechanism for adjusting the angle of rotation of the axle. The center of rotation of the axis coincides with the center of symmetry of the coils of the spring.

EFFECT: use of the coulter suspension mechanism will improve the quality of furrow formation due to the higher stability of the coulter stroke depth, reduce the metal consumption of the structure and the laboriousness of adjusting the suspension mechanism of the furrow-forming working bodies of seeders and tillage-sowing units to a given sowing depth while maintaining its compact design.
