FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to formwork intended for the construction of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures in the construction of walls, overlays, columns, foundations, beams. The formwork system consists of panels, beams, auxiliary and connecting elements, and elements for fixing overlays, formwork panels are made of ABS plastic, with ribs and holes for connection, linear formwork panels have a standard height of 150 mm, 450 mm, and 900 mm, the width varies as follows: 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 600, and 1200 mm. Formwork panels are mounted together using a lock handle, a 90° turn or a rod lock with the latter being fixed with a flag lock. The formwork system contains connecting corners for the formation of non-standard angles of 30°, 45° and 60°, which are made of metal and have a height of 150, 450, and 900 mm, are designed to form a monolithic structure with a wall thickness of 150, 200, 250, 300, and 400 mm, and are connected to formwork panels by a lock handle using a sealing washer. For the formation of columns of different diameters of 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000, and 1200 mm, formwork panels are designed for columns of the corresponding diameter. Column panels have a turning angle of 90° and can be attached to each other to form a round column, as well as linear formwork panels can additionally be installed between these panels to increase the size of the column to the required size. Column panels have a standard height of 150 mm and 450 mm, and are made of ABS plastic. For simultaneous filling of columns and overlays, in one stage of pouring concrete, connecting corners for columns made of ABS plastic are used. Using connecting corners for columns, the transition from the column plane to the overlay plane is performed. Panels for columns, corners for columns, and linear formwork panels are interconnected by a lock handle. To form the overlay plane, products are used: bases of a support beam, a beam, a support console. In addition, for the formation of the overlay plane and pouring concrete in one stage, formwork docking panels are used with the wall – such as: a corner formwork panel – an overlay angle, corner formwork panels – internal, linear formwork panels, and linear formwork panels of the main dimensions are used to form the main overlay spans. All the formwork panels are connected to each other with a lock handle, using a tie rod, a tie rod nut, a cone retainer and a spacer protective tube, the necessary gap is formed between formwork panels for pouring concrete, markers are placed on formwork panels to place boxes for sockets, switches and connecting wires during the installation of the formwork.

EFFECT: reduction in labor intensity and material consumption during the construction of the structure, the possibility of forming a vertical opening between panels and the overlay simultaneously in one stage; the configuration of formwork units allows them to be docked during the installation of the formwork, as a result of which it is possible to concretize the vertical plane and the overlay in one stage; the possibility of joining columns to the overlay and concreting in one stage is realized; the formwork system in the form of a nomenclature of various elements allows one to obtain planes of various sizes for subsequent pouring between these planes of concrete in order to obtain any monolithic frame structures.
