Therapeutic massage units, constituting acupressure sheets for creating pressing pain, are arranged on the upper surface of the carrier unit. The display unit is installed in the middle area of the upper surface of the carrier unit. The main control board unit comprises a functional automatic reversing module for reversing the direction of rotation of at least one engine at preset intervals of distance or time, configured to actuate the apparatus for performing automatic continuous reciprocating movement with a stop after receiving a stop command. Disclosed is a method for physical exercise using the apparatus for physical exercise.

EFFECT: ensured learning and training by performing automatic reciprocating movement and controlling the physical and mental state in order to prevent falling.
