FIELD: vehicle driving.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to driving a vehicle during an exam for the right to drive vehicles. The on-board unit contains: a central processing module, random access/permanent memory modules, wired/wireless communication modules, a navigation module, a peripheral processing module, and a cybersecurity module. The cybersecurity module is configured to control software processes performed during the course of the exam and/or in connection with the exam, and/or data elements, stored or processed in the device modules during the exam and/or in connection with the exam, including data on the course of the exam and received navigation data, to identify inaccuracies or threats to protect the device from being hacked by programming methods, and if a threat is detected, to do at least one of the following: notification of a cybersecurity threat event, terminating or pausing the exam.
EFFECT: creation of a compact, reliable and protected on-board device, which increases the safety of the process of conducting an exam for the right to drive vehicles in real time.
