SUBSTANCE: on-board unit contains a processing module, two memory modules, wire communication module, navigation module and neural networks acceleration module, containing a hardware accelerator of neural networks, configured to perform processing tasks that need to be performed using neural networks, and the processing module is configured to determine if the device is close to a predefined origin point or section of the route and launch a neural network acceleration module to process an event corresponding to a given point or section using a pre-trained neural network.
EFFECT: creation of a compact full-featured secure device, which increases overall performance and reduces resource consumption while maintaining all the necessary functionality of the device.
