FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of devices for laser irradiation of vessels and hollow organs. The method for applying a non-stick coating to the protective flask of a laser irradiation device involves activating the surface of the protective flask by sandblasting or etching. Then the flask is washed with clean filtered water and dried. To apply a non-stick coating, a mixture of an aqueous suspension of polytetrafluoroethylene and silica is used. The non-stick coating is sprayed in one layer on a rotating protective flask heated to 50-55°C. Polymerization of the coating is carried out at 400°C for 15 minutes. After cooling, the protective flask is polished. The thickness of the coating is 17-23 microns.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the non-stick coating.
