SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of television systems and communications and can be used to create complexes for remote transmission in real time of audio and video information and is intended to provide management tasks, operational support for making objective decisions to assess the suitability of buildings and structures damaged as a result of emergency situations (emergency). A remote audio and video communication complex is proposed for the operational assessment of the technical condition of buildings, including a mobile module containing an unloading vest and a head set of operator A, a stationary module in the form of a remote workstation for visual analysis of the geometry and defects of the building under study, and a mobile module equipped with a switching and control station, which is located in a secure case of operator B and includes a laptop computer, a touchscreen monitor, equipment for receiving and transmitting audio and video signals, encoding/decoding facilities, energy supply and climate control facilities, and archiving facilities. The switching and control station is connected to the stationary module with the possibility of feedback through a computing and switching device located in the vest-unloading of operator A, and at least one remote audio and video recording module is designed for use when the operator cannot access the damaged building and includes a video camera, an independent power supply unit, a tripod with a bubble level, a three-axis gyroscopic stabilizer, equipment for receiving and transmitting audio and video signals.

EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the complex and increasing the efficiency of decision-making on assessing the technical condition of buildings (structures).
