FIELD: medicine; diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to diagnostical analysis of a blood sample. A method is disclosed for the determination of an indicator(s) of blood gases, an indicator(s) of a basic metabolic panel (hereinafter – BMP) and a number of platelets in a single blood sample in vitro. The method includes stages of providing a blood sampler containing heparin and at least one antiplatelet substance selected from prostaglandin analogues, where the blood sampler does not contain any of MgSO₄, EDTA and citrate; supplying blood to the blood sampler to obtain a single blood sample; mixing the single blood sample in the blood sampler, and determining an indicator(s) of blood gases, an indicator(s) of a basic metabolic panel (hereinafter – BMP) and a number of platelets in a single blood sample. A blood sampler in the form of a syringe is also disclosed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides for “3 in 1” analysis, namely the determination of an indicator(s) of blood gases, an indicator(s) of a basic metabolic panel (hereinafter – BMP) and a number of platelets in a single sample.
