FIELD: fuel production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for generating thermal and electrical energy by converting solid hydrocarbon fuels into gaseous fuels through the implementation of intra-layer underground fire gasification. The installation for underground gasification of fuel contains an electric generator connected to an air compressor and a gas turbine. The compressor is designed to supply atmospheric air to the ignition well. The turbine is designed with the possibility of converting the potential energy of the synthesis gas pressure coming from the gas outlet well through a gas cleaner into a rotational motion transmitted to the electric generator. The gas receiver is located after the turbine and supplies the ignition gas through a flexible pipe to the burner and steam generator connected to the injection hole. The connecting channel is made between the ignition and gas removal wells. Electric drive valves are made with the possibility of regulating the gasification process. The gas burner is a vibration combustion igniter, there is a drainage well inserted into the fuel reservoir near the connecting channel. The pump and the water treatment unit are technologically connected to each other and to the steam generator with the possibility of using drainage water as a feed for the steam generator. There is a block for continuous movement of a flexible pipe with a burner through the connecting channel.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the technological process of underground gasification by increasing the heat of combustion of the resulting synthesis gas and by accelerating gasification reactions.
