FIELD: household appliances.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a unit of a coffee machine, in particular a coffee machine for brewing coffee or a coffee mill for making espresso, as well as to a container module of such a unit. The coffee machine unit contains a container for storing coffee beans, a portioning device for dosing coffee beans for one portion size and a grinding device for grinding dosed coffee beans. The container for coffee beans and the portioning device are made in a common container module. The unit contains a module holder, using which the container module can be attached during use and removed after use, wherein the specified container module contains user-selectable settings of a portion size and degree of grinding, while the portion size setting acts on the portioning device, and the degree of grinding setting – on the grinding device.
EFFECT: easy-to-manufacture, economical and easy-to-maintain module for information exchange between the coffee container and the coffee making device is provided; the device allows an optimal preparation of brewed coffee in a simple way without degrading the coffee aroma by previous preparations and without requiring time-consuming rearrangements of the coffee machine from the user.
