SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology. The effect is achieved due to a device for reading radio-electronic tags in the form of an electronic unit with a power supply and a mobile system for automatically identifying objects and presenting geospatial information (GI) to the user in an interactive offline mode, including a device for reading radio-electronic tags, as well as an analog-to-digital GI carrier about cartographic objects in the form of a map with marks at the points of identification of objects and an autonomous source of digital GI based on a mobile terminal with a subsystem with general and application software.
EFFECT: increasing the volume and forms of presenting information about cartographic objects, automating the processes of identifying objects and providing the user with attributive and geometric characteristics, multimedia information about cartographic objects in an offline interactive mode, increasing visibility due to a cartographic image on an analog-digital medium, reducing the time of identification and presentation to the user cartographic information.
