FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, in particular, to antenna arrays with mechanical spatial positioning. Group of inventions includes a ground-based all-round antenna with mechanical spatial positioning, consisting of two antenna elements, each constituting a two-sided array of emitters located on different sides of a common aperiodic reflector, the sides are made in the form of arrays of in-phase horizontal wide-band antenna-type emitters and operate in an intrinsic frequency band: the 4×4 array has 8 power points and a 4…8 MHz frequency band, the 4×8 array has 16 power points and a 8…16 MHz frequency band, wherein the antenna elements are mounted on independent rotary bases and can take various mutual positions following the "book" layout, rotating along a common two-rail track around a common axis, and a method for implementing the multifunctionality of the facility using said antenna.
