FIELD: radiolocation, radar methods of detection and position fixing of moving targets during circular scan of space in short-wave and ultrashort-wave ranges. SUBSTANCE: method consists in simultaneous omnidirectional or locally directed cophasal emission of M first coherent signals on one frequency, in simultaneous omnidirectional or locally directed coherent reception of N first signals reflected by target, in their selection by speed and range, in subsequent separate summing over each range-and- peed channels with storage of summing results, in simultaneous omnidirectional or locally directed emission of M second coherent signals with mutual phase shift ensuring formation of rotary field with time separation with reference to M first emitted coherent signals on same frequency as M first coherent signals, in simultaneous omnidirectional or locally directed reception of N second signals reflected from targets with phase shifts corresponding to phase shifts of emitted M second coherent signals, in selection of N second received signals by speed and range, in summing of N second selected signals by speed and range individually in each range-and-speed channel, in determination of phase difference of signals summed by range-and-speed channels and corresponding to N first received signals and of signals summed by range-and-speed channels and corresponding to N second received signals. Difference of phases of signals are determined for range-and-speed channels corresponding each other. Signals selected by speed and range are extracted from interference.
