FIELD: radio engineering; very-high-frequency television broadcasting. SUBSTANCE: rotational- symmetry antenna array has its elements disposed on cylindrical surface; floors are spaced along center line of mentioned cylindrical surface, each floor being essentially circular ring; angular distance between phase centers of array elements disposed over mentioned ring equals 2π/N, where N is number of array elements per floor, each element being essentially linearly polarized directional reflector; elements of one floor are shifted relative to those of other floor by angle of 2π/(NNf), where Nf is number of array floors. Phase shift in power supplied to adjacent elements of array floor is 2π/N; phase shift in power supplied to elements of one floor relative to those of other floor is 2π/(NNf); maxima of directivity patterns of elements in horizontal plane are turned relative to array radius crossing phase center of this element through angle equal to where λ is wavelength at intermediate frequency of omnidirectional antenna array, where ρ is its radius. EFFECT: improved matching at desired uniformity of directivity pattern. 4 cl, 5 dwg
