FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to a chimeric insecticide protein, which is toxic for a pest insect related to lepidoptera. Polynucleotide, a nucleic acid molecule encoding the specified insecticide protein; a vector and a cell containing the specified nucleic acid molecule; a transgenic plant, a part of the specified plant and a transgenic seed containing the specified polynucleotide; a composition, a collected product, a recycled product containing the specified protein are also disclosed. A method for the production of the specified transgenic plant and transgenic seed, a method for a decrease in a population of an insect pest related to lepidoptera, using the specified protein, a method for reduction in the development of resistance to Vip3A protein, using the specified polynucleotide, are disclosed.
EFFECT: invention allows for effective combating insect pests related to lepidoptera.
