SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of pharmaceutics, in particular to a method for the production of a composition with a delayed release for oral administration, including following stages: a) melting of at least one lipid, where the specified lipid is triglyceride, diglyceride, fatty acid and/or a mixture thereof; b) spraying of at least one melted lipid to at least one active ingredient in the form of moving powder, where the stage b) of lipid spraying is carried out through nozzles arranged linearly relatively to a plane of a surface of movement of the active ingredient, and where the stage b) of lipid spraying is carried out at a flow rate of 0.005-0.04 l/min per kg of the active ingredient; c) cooling of the resulting mixture. The group of inventions also relates to a pharmaceutical composition obtained using the specified method.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides for uniform distribution of lipids in a mixture and reduction in lipid load in the final composition.
