SUBSTANCE: target resource of a search call is determined by means of a terminal device, where the target resource of the search call includes at least one of following types of information: information about a position of a target event of the search call, information about a position of a target frame of the search call, and information about a position of a target monitoring window; and a target search call message is received on a target search call resource by means of the terminal device, where the target search call message is a search call message sent by a network device to the terminal device.

EFFECT: achievement of the possibility of determination of time domain resources, via which search call messages are transmitted in a system using beam forming technology.
